We are convenient for our patients throughout Rockland, Westchester and Bergen County, especially for patients in northern Bergen County, Nanuet, Spring Valley, Suffern, Nyack, New City, Bardonia, Blauvelt, Orangeburg and Pearl River. The Rockland JCC offers free parking.

And when your rehab permits, you might wish to continue in a step-down exercise program at the Rockland JCC Russin Fitness and Wellness Center.
